Welcome to the Powerlifting Tracker app.
This will save your data into a .json file.
Now it's time to create a new exercise, such as Back Squat or Bench Press.
Those exercises will automatically be grouped by theme, such as Squat, Press or Deadlift.
You can also upload your own previous data.
WARNING: this will replace all the data in your app. So make sure to save your data beforehand.
Notice that only .json files are accepted.
I would strongly recommend to add at list one exercise with one workout and then save the data to understand the organization of the file.
